Straddling both sides of the Pacific Ocean between Australia and the USA (with a recent team member defection to the Indian Ocean side of Australia), our team are all coastal dwellers and ocean lovers with an equally deep passion of escaping to the mountains. Actually, given any opportunity we will happily globetrot for work (and fun) almost anywhere. Collectively we have traveled to 5 continents and more than 50 countries...and we still have a long bucket list to go!
So what does that mean for physical team locations? In short Sydney, Perth and Santa Barbara. But Zoom allows for some pretty awesome armchair travel to ensure we can connect with our clients anywhere around the world and never skip a beat! Old school phone calls and emails are always available and we love to keep the chat flowing on Slack and Project Manage in Trello and Click Up. Not up to speed on digital comms yet? No stress, we will have you initiated, trained and feeling like a pro in no time. Location is no longer a physical construct.
How long until I get a human?

We are often the final email of the day for clients as they collate their thoughts and needs on one continent - and our clients’ first email of the day with a response - or work delivered. How? We work in our sleep. Kidding - this is the advantage of two team bases on both sides of the Pacific - end-of-day team calls between locations ensure any urgent requests can be turned around while you sleep. Our Sydney office operates in GMT +10 time and Santa Barbara is GMT-8. Our office hours are 9am to 5pm
