For over a decade as Marketing Director, she led campaigns across industries—from real estate and energy to education, finance, and non-profits—earning a reputation for driving measurable results and meaningful impact.

A proud graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara, Ashley holds degrees in Psychology and Communications with High Honors. Her background gives her a distinctly human-centered approach to business—ensuring every partnership, campaign, and client experience is built on understanding, trust, and authenticity.

Rooted in the California Central Coast, Ashley combines her local insight and long-standing relationships with a national perspective. She’s known for her creative problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to bring the best out of Studio Oi’s multi-disciplinary team to deliver results that truly resonate.
