Melissa is a forward thinking Brand Director specializing in brand strategy, brand identity, and brand activations. Her design philosophy is based on big ideas backed by strategic thinking and matched with innovative well-crafted design solutions. Since graduating from a Bachelor of Design at UNSW, Melissa has worked at some prominent Sydney agencies. Through these working experiences and more than 20 years experience she has built a wealth of industry knowledge spanning across the finance, education, arts, property, hospitality, retail, fashion, lifestyle, government and not-for-profit sectors. She has collaborated with some renowned clients, including Vodafone, Stamford Hotels and Resorts, Nestle, Colliers International and Unilever. Recent clients include Mutual Group, Beards of Hope, Morton Wealth, Avvir, Dr. Ida Rolf Institute, Procore and Orion Consulting. Melissa leverages her diverse global experience to create a culture of creative excellence and to fulfill her vision for ideas that are both inspiring and influential. Her greatest achievement is her 12 year old son Sam.
